Brad DeLeeuw, Vice President of Business Development

Brad DeLeeuw is Vice President of Business Development at McClone, where he leads the business development team and helps organizations navigate the early stages of building a relationship with McClone. He works across insurance, risk management, employee benefits, and HR to connect clients and prospects with the right people and resources. Brad joined McClone in 2020 after spending 14 years in human resources, benefits administration, analytics, and consulting roles. That experience gives him a practical understanding of the challenges employers face and helps him approach conversations from the client’s perspective. Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, spending time outdoors with his family, coaching basketball, and challenging himself to a half marathon or two each year.
